The best thing about this race was how easy the logistics were for those flying in: great price for the host hotel, free shuttle to and from the airport, expo in the lobby downstairs, and a short walk to the start/finish line. My favorite part was the last three miles through the park. Otherwise, the course wasn't so nice. It doesn't seem like the community really supports this race--no spectators at all.

Well organized, pretty scenery, mostly flat. Nice expo, on time start, friendly volunteers. Having 281 women and 128 men runners made a nice friendly manageable field.

23 degrees at the start! Water stations were a little icy from the spilled water and cold temps. Crisp, sunny day, though, and very pretty course. Hot soup at the end was wonderful.
